The MEMBERS ONLY AREA has some useful features and here are some notes to help you utilize this feature:

1. If you have not already signed in to the MEMBERS ONLY area before the your registered email address (as it appears on the printed roster) will work and then simply utilize the 'Forget Password' feature to reset and establish a personal password.

  • Once you have establish your pasword you may use that util you reset it in the future.

2. By default after you sign in the Roster Listing will be displayed. Ther roster is alphabetically arranged according to the last neme of the primary member and any associate/spousal member is listed just below the primary member.

 
  • Clicking on any column heading will sort the list on screen.
  • There is also a search capability you can utilize.
  • Print is also available - it generates an onscreen image of the roster and you may right click and print or download as needed.


3. The My Profile tab allws you to view and or view and update your information on file. (Changes are posted and the club officers are informaed of any changes.

4. The Renew Membership tab allows you to renew your membership online. 

  • Your profile information will be displayed. (You may make updates as needed.) 
  • You may make payment on-line. (We utilize PayPal; however YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A PAYPAL MEMBER to use this feature.) Non PayPal members can use the option to provide a credit or debit card and not join PayPal.
  • There is an option to order calendars as well - calendars will be made available after receipt by the club from AOAI.


5. The UPLOAD FILES option allows you to submit photos (.jpg, .png, .gif, .bmp formats only) which will be reviewed and placed on the site where appropriate giving recognition to the contributor.
